New Social Hub: Hellfire Bay Beach

A new non-competitive social hub map, Hellfire Bay Beach, was added, reachable via Times Square's Krakoan portal.

TipHellfire Bay Beach is a social hangout, not a ranked map - use it for the Festival minigames and hero interactions, not queue practice.
