XFGM-6D Recon Drone changes in Battlefield 6

The XFGM-6D Recon Drone can now destroy nearby targets through walls but needs line of sight for distant ones, the same as the DGMK4 Hardware Suppression System.

The XFGM-6D Recon Drone targeting logic now follows the same behaviour as the DGMK4 Hardware Suppression System, allowing close targets to be destroyed through walls while distant targets require line of sight.

The XFGM-6D Recon Drone takes twice as long to come back, so you can use it less often.

Increased the XFGM-6D Recon Drone cooldown from 120 seconds to 240 seconds.

Removed the zoom functionality from the XFGM-6D Recon Drone.

Fixed an issue where the XFGM-6D Recon Drone could be destroyed when its operating soldier was downed.

Fixed an issue where the XFGM-6D Recon Drone’s altitude unintentionally decreased as the match went on.

The XFGM-6D Recon Drone can no longer be used to push vehicles around.

Fixed XFGM-6D Recon Drone physics allowing vehicle pushing.

Fixed an exploit allowing players to ascend and access unintended areas when standing on the XFGM-6D Recon Drone by hitting it with the Sledgehammer.

The XFGM-6D Recon Drone flies faster and smoother while carrying C4 but drains its battery quicker, and it now self-destructs after 3 seconds out of bounds.

• Now flies faster when carrying C4, but battery drains faster as a trade-off.
• No longer receives unwanted force when carrying C4, making flight smoother.
• Movement improved for a more realistic feel.
• The Drone now self-destructs after 3 seconds when flown out of bounds.
