Vlad now has 5% Lifesteal (flat) added to character stats

Vlad now starts with a flat bonus to Lifesteal in the character stats.

TipVlad carries lifesteal in his base stats, so his sustain scales with damage rather than with healing pickups. Build damage and the survivability follows.
