Alter changes in Apex Legends

Alter's tactical takes longer to come back, the ultimate has shorter range, slower recalls and a chase portal that stays open for less time, and Void Breacher gives less movement speed.

The warning delay and activation delay on the chase portal from Alter's Void Nexus are both shorter, but its cooldown after use is longer.

Alter's Void Nexus comes back sooner and is faster to reach, especially when knocked, but the chase portal lasts less time and opens later; Ringmaster replaces the Level 2 cooldown upgrade.
