Wraith changes in Apex Legends

Wraith's tactical and ultimate now have their cooldown upgrades built in, the portal casts faster, and new upgrades add a Phase Dome that pulls anyone inside into the void and a longer phase with double jump.

• Into the Void (Tactical): Integrated the tactical cooldown reduction upgrade into her base kit (was 20s, now 15s)

• Level 2: Phase Dome: When Wraith starts channeling her ultimate she will create a Phase Dome. This dome will last for 30s or until Wraith places her portal. Anyone who enters the Phase Dome will go into the void.
• Level 3: Phase Jumper: Wraith will stay in the void for longer when using her tactical (was 4s, now 6s) and will gain double jump while in the void

Wraith's upgrade tree is reordered: the Tactical Cooldown upgrade now sits at Level 3 and the Ultimate Cooldown upgrade at Level 2.

Pathfinder can now scan Care Packages that allies already scanned, and Wraith's Voices from the Void needs less look time to trigger, so it should go off more reliably.

Wraith's portals can reach twice as far but stay open for less time, and Wraith speeds up while laying longer portals.

Ultimate - Dimensional Rift: Max Portal Distance has been doubled (~76m to 152m)
