Redemption gives everyone a Respawn Token that brings you straight back when eliminated, with more from kills, Care Packages and Mythic bins, usable until the final ring starts.

- In collaboration with Creator Commissioner: Ninjayla

In Relic Weapons, ground weapons are all fully kitted Gold or Mythic with only sights swappable, and more supply drops arrive carrying two Mythic weapons each.
Sights can be looted and swapped out, but all other attachments come with the weapon
- In collaboration with Creator Commissioner: Ninjayla
- Weapons spawn fully kitted
- Only weapons on the ground are Gold and Mythic tier
- Sights can be looted and swapped out, but all other attachments come with the weapon
- Increased supply drops each round which carry two Mythic tier weapons
- The second Mythic weapon replaces the Evo Caches
- Reduced Evo for scanning Care Packages
- REWORKLegends
Ash
Ash can no longer scan Death Boxes to reveal killers but gains an air dash,
Arc Snare's tether is harder to break, and
Phase Breach reaches further and travels faster, with reworked upgrades.
Predator’s Pursuit: Removed ability to scan Death Boxes to reveal killers, but they’ll still show on the minimap and map with info on how recently they died- Predator’s Pursuit
- Removed ability to scan Death Boxes to reveal killers, but they’ll still show on the minimap and map with info on how recently they died
- NEW: press the Jump key while in the air to perform a dash
- Arc Snare
- Tether plants at location of projectile on impact rather than the hit player's location
- Tether is slightly harder to break and no longer gets instantly broken by some abilities
- Phase Breach
- Range increased to 100m (was ~76m)
- Travel time reduced
- Improved reliability of placement
- Removed one frame delay on placement preview
- Now has VFX to show max range when in placement mode
- Upgrades: Level 2
- Murder Machine: removed
- One Minute to Live: removed
- Greedy Snare: moved to Level 2
- NEW Dual Breach: adds additional ult charge
- Upgrades: Level 3: NEW Ghost in the Machine: adds additional Dash charge
TipAim the tether at the ground or wall beside a moving target: it anchors where the projectile lands, not on the player it hits. On Predator's Pursuit, save the jump press for after you are airborne to get the dash.

Assault Class Perks
Assault Legends get the new Combat Reserve perk with extra ammo per stack, two grenade-only inventory slots and Red Extended Supply Bin access, replacing the old ammo and bin perks.

- Retain access to Red Extended Supply Bins
- Stowed Reload:
- New perks: Combat Reserve, Stowed Reload, & Battle Surge (detailed above)
- Removed Carry Extra Ammo & Access Weapon Supply Bin perks (now integrated into Combat Reserve)
TipStowed Reload refills the gun you holster, so swap and keep firing instead of standing through a reload. Battle Surge keys off you breaking the shield, so press in the moment it cracks.

Care Package
The R-99 is back in floor loot and the Peacekeeper moves into the Care Package.
- R-99 returns to the floor (balance details below)
- Peacekeeper enters the Care Package (balance details below)
- CHANGEBalance Updates
EVO
EVO leveling now stops at purple armor, so red armor can no longer be earned that way, and reaching Level 3 takes more EVO.
- Max level achievable by earning EVO is now Level 3 (Purple Armor): Red Armor no longer earnable through leveling
- EVO required to reach Level 3 1350 → 1700
TipPush for EVO 1700 before mid-round power peaks; early-drop armor stays Red-capped.
Official source - REWORKGameplay Updates
Gold Helmet
The Gold Helmet is now a Gold Armor Upgrade Helmet that doubles healing from cells and syringes and sets your armor to 100 at any level, but it gives no headshot damage reduction.
- Reworked into Gold Armor Upgrade Helmet
- Offers Improved Minor Healing perk that doubles the output of Cells & Syringes
- Sets the player’s Armor to 100 regardless of Level
- Leveling still required to unlock Legend Upgrades, but no longer affects armor while equipped
- No headshot damage reduction
- Chance to appear in Gold Bins after Bin Reset
TipGrab gold helmet for healing efficiency in extended fights; the output gain lets you out-sustain opponents in standoffs.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / AR
Havoc Rifle [Care Package]
The Havoc Rifle deals more damage per bullet and its Beam Shot hits much harder.
- Damage 18 → 21
- Headshot damage: 27
- Beam Shot damage 53 → 70
- Beam Shot headshot damage: 105
TipBeam Shot mode is now viable for mid-range; use it to apply pressure at distance.
Official source - BUFFGameplay Updates
Healing
Cells and syringes are faster to use, stack higher and you start with more of each, and batteries and medkits turn up slightly more often, so you can heal more often and more quickly.
- Cells now take 2.5s to complete (was 3s)
- Syringes now take 4s (was 5s)
- Cells & Syringes now stack up to 6: Players now start with 4 Cells and 4 Syringes (was 2 each)
- Battery and Medkit spawn rates have been slightly increased
TipWith more healing available and faster use, you can sustain longer in fights; manage your inventory space around the extra supply.
Official source - CHANGEGameplay Updates
Knocked Down State
Knocked players crawl much faster, with or without the knockdown shield raised, so it is easier to reach cover or a teammate while down.
Significantly increased crawl speed while knocked with and without knockdown shield raised

- Wrecking Ball
- Once again destroys Gibraltar’s Dome of Protection
- Will now destroy Newcastle’s Mobile Shield
- CHANGEGameplay Updates
NEW Mythic Armor Upgrade Helmet
The new red Mythic helmet sets your armor to a fixed level whatever your level is, but it gives no headshot protection; find it in the Mythic Bin and in late game Care Packages.
- Red tier introduced
- Sets player’s armor to 125 regardless of level
- Leveling is still required to unlock Legend Upgrades, but no longer affects armor while this item is equipped
- Red helmets offer no headshot damage reduction
- Appears in the Mythic Bin & late game Care Packages
- BUFFWeapons / Shotgun
Peacekeeper [Care Package]
The Peacekeeper does more damage per pellet, chokes much faster with a much tighter full choke, and its pellets now go through the first enemy and hit a second one for reduced damage.
- Damage per pellet 9 → 12
- Headshot damage: 135 (all pellets)
- Choke speed significantly increased
- Fully choked blast pattern is significantly tighter
- Pellets pierce dealing 50% damage after the first enemy hit
TipThe pierce effect rewards careful positioning; stack your team and fire through grouped enemies.
Official source - CHANGEWeapons / SMG
R-99 SMG [Floor Loot]
The R-99 does slightly less damage per bullet but no longer loses damage at range; its aimed strafe speed now matches other SMGs, it has more recoil and it no longer removes the movement penalty when equipped.
- Damage 14 → 13
- Headshot damage: 16
- No longer has damage fall-off
- ADS strafe speed normalized to other SMGs
- No longer eliminates movement penalty when equipped
- Recoil increased
TipThe R-99 no longer cancels the movement penalty while it is equipped, so holding it out buys you nothing over your other guns. Recoil is up too, so break the spray into shorter bursts.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / LMG
Rampage LMG
The Rampage does more damage per bullet and its revved state wears off more slowly, so it stays revved for longer.
- Damage 26 → 30
- Headshot damage: 38
- Reduced the decay rate of the revved state over time
- CHANGEWeapons / Sniper
Sentinel
The Sentinel does less damage on limb shots and loses its Deadeye's Tempo passive; body shot damage stays the same.
Limb damage 90% → 70%
- Base damage unchanged
- Headshot damage: 126
- Limb damage 90% → 70%
- Removed Deadeye’s Tempo passive
- NERFLegends
Support Class Perks
Support Legends lose the Heal Expert perk, so small meds no longer heal them double and they no longer move faster while healing.
Heal Expert Removed: Support Legends no longer heal double with small meds or have increased movement speed while healing
TipBudget more small meds than Support needed with Heal Expert, and use them behind cover: with the movement bonus gone you back out at everyone else's pace while healing.

Takeover: Mythic Mayhem Royale (February 11-March 3, 2025)
In Mythic Mayhem Royale, Rampart's care packages drop three Mythic R-301s: Hornet for speed and ability charge, Limelight for squad healing when you deal damage, and Vermilion for bigger crits and Thermite on knocked enemies.
- Rampart’s new experimental care packages deliver three Mythic R-301 weapon variants
- Hornet (Yellow): faster movement and reload speed, Tac charge on shield break, Ult charge on knock
- Limelight (Green): helps replenish your squad’s health and shields when damaging enemies
- Vermilion (Red): increases critical hit damage and triggers Thermite on knocked enemies
- CHANGEWeapons / Marksman
30-30 Repeater
The 30-30 Repeater hits harder both uncharged and fully charged, and its bullets are slightly bigger at long range, so distant shots are a little easier to land.
- No charge damage 39 → 43
- No charge headshot damage: 69
- Full charge damage 53 → 58
- Full charge headshot damage: 93
- Slightly increased projectile size at long range
TipThe uncharged shot gained too, so a snap shot at a briefly exposed target is worth taking rather than waiting on full charge. The projectile is only bigger at long range, so distance is where it got forgiving.
Official source - NERFBalance Updates
Accelerated Weapons
In Mixtape Modes, assists no longer give the extra ult charge when you have an Accelerated Weapon equipped.
Assists with an Accelerated Weapon equipped will no longer grant the extra 30% ult charge in Mixtape Modes
Official source - BUFFWeapons / SMG
Alternator SMG
The Alternator deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 16 → 18
- Headshot damage: 22
TipIts listed headshot damage sits close to its body damage, so tracking centre mass loses you very little. Keeping every round on target matters more here than hunting for the head.
Official source - CHANGEWeapons / Marksman
Bocek Compound Bow [Care Package]
The Bocek hits harder per arrow and Shattercaps do a little more damage per pellet, but it fires slightly slower and loses its Deadeye's Tempo passive.
- Damage 70 → 75
- Headshot damage: 120
- Fire rate slightly reduced
- Removed Deadeye’s Tempo passive
- Shattercaps damage per pellet 12 → 13
TipShots come slightly slower while each one hits harder, so the beat between them is not wasted time. Its headshot value sits far above its body value, so spend that beat aiming high.
Official source - CHANGEWeapons / Sniper
Charge Rifle
The Charge Rifle does less damage on limb shots; base damage stays the same.
Limb damage 90% → 70%
- Base damage unchanged
- Headshot damage (min. distance): 135
- Headshot damage (max. distance): 198
- Autofire headshot damage (min. distance): 101
- Autofire headshot damage (max. distance): 149
- Limb damage 90% → 70%
TipAim for body and head shots; limb fire is no longer a reliable damage source.
Official source - CHANGEWeapons / Shotgun
EVA-8 Auto
The EVA-8 does more damage per pellet but no longer gets bonus damage on headshots.
- Damage per pellet 7 → 8
- No longer deals increased headshot damage
TipHead and body pellets are now worth the same, so there is nothing to gain from flicking upward. Hold the crosshair on the widest part of the target and let the raised pellet damage carry the fight.
Official source - CHANGEWeapons / Marksman
G7 Scout
The G7 Scout hits harder per shot and its bullets are slightly bigger at long range, but it fires slightly slower.
- Damage 33 → 35
- Headshot damage: 56
- Fire rate slightly reduced
- Slightly increased projectile size at long range
TipThe projectile only got bigger at long range, so the change rewards holding sightlines rather than close scraps. With the fire rate down, make the first shot count instead of leaning on a fast follow-up.
Official source - CHANGEGameplay Updates
Helmets
White, blue and purple helmets are no longer in the loot pool, and you no longer start with a white helmet.
- White, blue, and purple have been removed from the loot pool
- Players no longer start with a white helmet
TipThe three removed tiers no longer spawn and nobody lands with one, so scanning bins for a helmet at those tiers is wasted movement. Spend those seconds on ammo and attachments instead.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / Sniper
Kraber .50-Cal Sniper
The Kraber hits harder with every shot.
- Damage 140 → 150
- Headshot damage: 210
- BUFFWeapons / LMG
L-STAR EMG
The L-STAR deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 18 → 20
- Headshot damage: 25
TipHeadshots here pay only about a quarter more than body shots, so breaking tracking to chase the head costs more than it returns. Staying on the body is the safer trade on a moving target.
Official source - CHANGEWeapons / Sniper
Longbow DMR
The Longbow does less damage on limb shots; base damage stays the same.
Limb damage 80% → 70%
- Base damage unchanged
- Headshot damage: 108
- Limb damage 80% → 70%
TipBase damage is unchanged, so the cut only bites when a shot catches an arm or a leg. Against a target peeking from cover, hold for centre mass or the head instead of taking the limb chip.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / LMG
M600 Spitfire
The Spitfire deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 19 → 21
- Headshot damage: 26
- CHANGEWeapons / Shotgun
Mastiff Shotgun
The Mastiff does more damage per pellet but no longer gets bonus damage on headshots.
- Damage per pellet 14 → 16
- No longer deals increased headshot damage
TipWith the head bonus gone, a flick to the head returns exactly what a chest hit does. Put that aim effort into keeping the whole spread on the target instead of chasing height.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / Pistol
P2020
The P2020 deals more damage per shot.
- Damage 21 → 24
- Headshot damage: 30
TipThe P2020's headshot number sits a quarter above its body damage, so it pays for a settled shot on the head rather than a fast body-shot trade. Take the extra beat when the target is still.
Official source - CHANGEGameplay Updates
POI Names on Drop
During the first drop, each POI now shows its name, loot tier and Arsenal info above it, so it is easier to decide where to land.
- Now able to see the name and loot tier of each POI projected over the POI during first drop
- Also includes Arsenal info to help drive drop choice
- CHANGESystem
Weapon Mastery
Weapon Mastery trials have all been redesigned and simplified, and you no longer need a certain weapon level to take them on.
Trial simplification: Removed weapon level restriction for trials
- Trial simplification
- Re-designed all trials
- Removed weapon level restriction for trials
- CHANGEWeapons / Pistol
Wingman
The Wingman hits harder per shot, but its base magazine holds one less round, and each magazine attachment tier holds one more than the tier below.
- Damage 45 → 48
- Headshot damage: 72
- Base magazine size reduced to 5 (was 6): With added magazine - White: 6, Blue: 7, Purple/Gold: 8
TipEach shot matters more now; manage ammo economy and prioritize landing precision shots over spam.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / SMG
C.A.R. SMG
The C.A.R. deals more damage per bullet and can now use a Laser Sight barrel attachment.
- Damage 13 → 14
- Headshot damage: 17
- Added Laser Sight barrel attachment
- BUFFWeapons / LMG
Devotion LMG
The Devotion deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 15 → 16
- Headshot damage: 20
- BUFFWeapons / AR
Hemlok Burst AR
The Hemlok deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 19 → 20
- Headshot damage: 26
- BUFFWeapons / Shotgun
Mozambique Shotgun
The Mozambique deals more damage per pellet.
- Damage per pellet 15 → 16
- Headshot damage: 60 (all pellets)
TipThe listed headshot number assumes every pellet connects, so it only exists at ranges where the whole spread lands. Close the gap before committing rather than trusting that figure from range.
Official source - CHANGE
Muzzle Flash
Muzzle flashes on every weapon in first person are smaller and much cleaner, with sparks, smoke and glow kept below your line of sight, so you can see your target more clearly while firing.
All 1P weapons muzzle flashes have been updated: 95% less visual noise over the line of sight (sparks, smoke, glows etc)
- All 1P weapons muzzle flashes have been updated
- 95% less visual noise over the line of sight (sparks, smoke, glows etc)
- Noise/visuals kept below line of sight
- Reduced size of muzzle flashes
- Optimized particle count
- Cleaned noise from shells ejects
- Cleaned lingering elements (smoke, sparks, etc)
- Light toned down to avoid flickering on weapons and environment models
- CHANGEWeapons / AR
Nemesis Burst AR
The Nemesis deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 16 → 17
- Headshot damage: 22
- BUFFWeapons / SMG
Prowler PDW
The Prowler deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 15 → 16
- Headshot damage: 19
TipHeadshots on the Prowler pay barely more than body shots, so hold the reticle on the chest and keep every round on target instead of climbing for the head.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / AR
R-301 Carbine
The R-301 deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 13 → 14
- Headshot damage: 18
TipThe R-301's headshot figure sits close to a third above its body damage, so when you have a beat to place shots, pull up onto the head. In a panic spray the chest is still the safer hold.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / Pistol
RE-45 Auto
The RE-45 deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 13 → 14
- Headshot damage: 18
TipThe RE-45's head damage sits well above its body number, so it pays for placed shots rather than a held trigger. One head hit is worth more than the point this patch added to the body shot.
Official source - CHANGEWeapons / Marksman
Triple Take
The Triple Take does more damage per bullet and its bullets are slightly bigger at long range, so distant shots are a little easier to land.
- Damage per bullet 21 → 22
- Headshot damage: 105 (all bullets)
- Slightly increased projectile size at long range
TipProjectile size grows only slightly and only at long range, so treat it as forgiveness on shots you already take, not a reason to reposition. The headshot figure needs every bullet on the head, so centre the mark.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / AR
VK-47 Flatline
The Flatline deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 18 → 19
- Headshot damage: 25
TipThe Flatline's head damage sits about a third above its body damage, so open on the head while a target is still and drop to the chest once they start moving.
Official source - BUFFWeapons / SMG
Volt SMG
The Volt deals more damage per bullet.
- Damage 15 → 16
- Headshot damage: 19
TipThe Volt's headshot barely clears its body damage, so treat it as a tracking gun: stay glued to the chest through a strafe rather than snapping for the head.
